Tonight my sister prepared a gourmet memory. Roast chicken stuffed with lemon, shallots and herbs with fingerling potatoes. She added some fresh crunch with a farmer’s market salad topped with heirloom carrots, tomatoes and a maple, Dijon, champagne vinaigrette. It was delicious! Dessert was chocolate salt ice cream from a local ice cream shop. I am now off to bed to have sweet dreams!
